My wife called and the man that answered the phone was extremely rude. She simply asked how much aluminum siding scrap was going for, we just put up vinyl siding... and he said he wouldn't answer questions or quote anything without seeing it. In a mean way as well, then hung up on her. No chance for her to answer back of explain/ask anything. She was very upset and almost in tears. There's No need for that type of treatment of a customer. Especially for a simple question. I would recommend someone else, that has a better attitude toward helping people. You may even find better rates :)

Went down there, And nobody was there on a weekday went on Tuesday when I was told they would be open, I guess you win some and lose some and by what I've been hearing anyways they're not the greatest to go to anyways, The guy will argue with you and get angry and other stuff! 1 star till I actually get business down there which I wont go back their lose!
