After providing John with the VIN, year, make, and model of my vehicle, he ended up giving me the wrong engine. The whole ordeal dragged on for 11 weeks, during which he kept telling me it was on its way—only for it never to arrive. I was stood up multiple times, waiting at home for deliveries that never came. It was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. On a positive note, he did eventually make things right by refunding my money, but the process was way more hassle than it should have been. I can't recommend this place based on my experience.

Found the fender I needed online in great condition and correct color. Called them to pick it up in their Pennsburg location, they said it was actually in MA but they will pull it and ship to Pennsburg. I drove 2 hours to Pennsburg only to be giving a completely different color fender in bad condition, paint missing and deep scratches from what looks like shipping. They asked me if I could make it work... and said someone must have switched the fender in MA. I asked for a refund, hopefully they can at least do that correctly. Update 2/21/23, I called and asked where my refund was, and they said the dispatcher must have forgot to start it. I've never dealt with a company this terrible!

He explained the process and helped us get the title signed over. However, arranging to get the car pick up was a nightmare. We had to schedule it three times to get the car picked up. Finally, a Robin in customer service got the dispatch to assign a pick up and the car was finally taken away!
Absolutely worst yard around. Purchased motor from him with a warranty. He recommended head gaskets to be changed. When to change them and the head bolts came out with the threads. He said it’s not covered under warranty and I’m out a motor and 600$ would never recommend them to anyone. Buys beware

I drove 45 minutes here only to be told they only do cash, when on their website it clearly says that they accept cash and Visa cards. When I came here, the desk person said that that’s only for checkout and that cash is still required to get in. What a joke. Don’t know how inconvenient it is for them to accept a $2 card charge. it’s 2024…. Also they require a $20 minimum at checkout to buy parts which is pretty stupid in my opinion. You’re better off finding another yard if you’re here for little things. All this woulda been avoided if they took 2 minutes to put on their website that only cash gets you inside.

Hey, if it's a little more, no problem. Autozone or auto whatever had a Bosch o2 sensor upstream for 56, called these guys they told me it's retail 212.00 and they sell it for 117.00. Am I missing something? Oem or not , can't do it.. Napa had it for 86, what am I missing, he repeated the year make and model of my truck so he didn't mess up. Idk, I was polite, thanked him, he didn't set the prices, and get it for 56.
