I shared that we came from far away (which was NOT Matt’s fault at all) and though we had not called and spoke about the car we were hoping to turn it over today. Matt said that if we could wait, he could help and that he did. It was incredibly kind of Matt to allow us to wait so that we could turn the car over today. When he was gracious, generous, and quick. He carved time out for us on what was shaping out to be a busy day for him. Our daughter got to meet Mia which was a special treat. That kind of service and personality can be hard to find these days. We are incredibly grateful. Thank you!
