Hired them to tear down a building very nice staff they seem professional I'll get back to you when everything is done so far so good π I'm getting back to you on G&R they were supposed to call me when the job was to be done that day they called me after it was done and demanded the final payment immediately even wanting me to drive to another site to give the man the check which I thought was a little unprofessional I wasn't there to supervise the destruction and things were broken that weren't broken before like pipes and wires they were not disconnected wasn't there to see what was going on and the pump inside my septic tank was snapped off because some wires were not unhooked if I would have been there maybe this would not have happened was disappointed on this end I've asked them a couple times to make sure they call me so I could have been there. Maybe this is why they did not want me there because I asked them if they was going to unhook everything and they said yes but apparently that wasn't the case.
I have been in the luxury automotive field for 12 years and have never had such a frustrating transaction as the one I attempted to have with this company. Have you ever ordered something online? I'm sure you have. They always ask for a billing AND shipping address. However with Tyrone Auto Salvage, I received pushback and attitude because our shipping address differs from our billing address (because we're a successful automotive shop with 7 different locations). Instead of providing customer service, they decided that the proper solution would be to cancel our order. Over a $40 part. That's fabulous business practice. My suggestion would be to add a shipping address portion to your credit card authorization form so you don't continue to lose business in the future.
