What a great experience.... Drove 2.5 hours from Fayette City, Pa to get the door I needed after a deer ran into the side of the car and crushed the rear driver door...... Nobody close to me had the exact same paint color...... The wonderful lady I started speaking with last week was extremely nice and polite.... She called me back a couple hours later to verify the door I needed and was 100% honest on it's condition, which was near perfect....Picked it up today and it was perfect!!! Installed in 30 minutes and looks great.... Thank You!!!!

Found my part but I drove from Altoona to Tyrone which to some isn’t very far but when I’m already there I don’t want to drive home and then drive the whole way back. I asked if they had a hitch and if I could go in the yard to see it to see if it was the right one and not all rusted out. The lady at the computer had a “friend “ sitting there so she kinda giggled and said in a cocky arrogant way no absolutely not. Then I’m like well I came from Altoona and don’t want to come the whole way back down if it’s not the correct one. Once again in the cocky arrogant way she says well Altoona isn’t that far and looks at her “friend” and laughs!! This place is a joke and I will never return!! And btw I used to do eBay sales and worked with this place buying parts to resell and they let me in the yard then but now act like they don’t know me!! The picture I added is proof I was in good with them when the old man was still alive. This is absolutely ridiculous!!

Called to get a simple window motor, which would take no more then 5 minutes to be pulled, but they told me it could be up to 2 days till they would be able to pull it, plus they wanted all the money up front. They were also more expensive on Price then other local junk yards. Customer service is junk, as the business they run.
