Gerald did a great job! He was quick and friendly. He communicated quickly and clearly. I would definitely recommend Hitzfelder Junk & Rubbish! Service: Junk removal
We didn't have an appointment. Our Camry Hybrid's AC wasn't working. Other auto shops couldn't take us for a month. Landa Automotive accepted us on standby. Work was done in 2 days!! Additionally, it cost LESS than the estimate!! We're sold!! Highly recommend!
Just had Hill Country Junk remove a dumpster load of items from our garage. What a great company to do business with. They were polite, professional, on time and would hardly let us help. If you want a professional, dependable company for junk removal we HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. We will be using this company on the future! Service: House & garage cleanouts

They were very attentive to our needs, They responded quickly to tow our commercial truck. They went above and beyond by telling us that we had more issues than we thought when they crawled underneath the rig to drop the drive-line. Being truly professional is all anyone wants while they’re broke down and waiting on the interstate. They have gained all of our business by being an ethical and have morals. Thanks y’all truly the best in our time of need.

My friend was able to give me a jump and on my way through Spring Branch I saw an AutoZone. I decided to go ahead and test my battery. Ryan greeted me very quickly. It was confirmed my battery indeed needed replacement. Ryan check to see if they had the battery needed and there was a short talk of the cost. Ryan then changed the old battery and put in a new one. Ryan worked quickly to get me back on the road as I had a 2 hour drive ahead of me. He was also very friendly and put up with my chatter as he worked. Thanks again Ryan for the excellent service you provided . Autozone you found a Gem!

But the quality of parts are far superior. They search for your parts by your VIN number, so you get the exact part you need the first time.

Address:5545 Goodwin Ln, New Braunfels, TX (Zipcode: 78130)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedThis place is awful. First off, it is NOT a pick-n-pull. You tell them what they want, and they can source it locally or from another of their yards. That's not a complaint, just be aware you can't see the parts yourself before they offer them to you. You also have to pay in full before they pull the part, but they do offer you a full refund if you refuse the part, which is nice. More on that later. I asked for a glove box for my Tahoe. The first one that arrived looked like it was in a fire. Rusted, the plastic was completely discolored, basically unusable despite their rating of "A". I refused it. They offered to get me another one, this time from Dallas, so I'd have to wait. I agreed, although they'd already wasted my time and gas so far. It took almost a week, and this next one looked like it had been dragged through a bunch of gravel. It was scratched up horribly on the outside. I was extremely pissed off by this place wasting my time and money at this point. What idiot selected these parts and thought "Oh, he'll love this part. Looks great."?! I demanded a refund. They made me wait 15 minutes before telling me I'd have to wait 5-10 business days for. It didn't take these morons that long to process my payment... After waiting for 3 weeks and nearly forgetting about it, I called them back to ask why the hell my refund hadn't been processed. They gave me the runaround until I was able to leave a message with their "accountant", and finally I received my full refund. What a mess. I will never come back here. I've been to plenty of LKQ pick-n-pull yards over the years, and this one (not a real pick-n-pull anyway) was the WORST experience I've had with this company. Avoid this place, go to an actual yard where you can see the parts you're paying for. EDIT: No, I will not contact you. You had many chances to make it right before my review. Now you can just live with it.

Their prices have remained stable and the service from Matt and his team are stellar. They work with us to pick up our boxes for shred in offices from San Marcos to New Braunfels and always work with our schedule. I could not ask for better service from scheduling to pick up to billing. This is truly a five star organization.

The absolute worst customer service imaginable. No one cares, no one takes any time to explain, or give details of anything you need. You basically have to guess your way through a conversation. Ashley, should not be answering the phone, seems dead inside. one of the worst reps I've ever spoken to on the phone. Zero care. Also, my pick up appointment was scheduled for a day, which I waited ALL day. and called, and was told "oh they can't make it today, it will have to be tomorrow". WAS ANYONE GOING TO CALL ME? NO. I had to do it I can go on and on, but this company, is trash.
