When i went to pick up my property after being towed from a wreck first of all the backseat was cleared out which had jackets and hats in it, my glovebox was clearly sorted through and missing multiple items, then i checked the trunk. First of all THEY DO NOT take picture of the trunk before picking up the vehicle, thankfully the previous tow yard it was at had pictures of all my missing items. and they informed me of multiple complaints about theft from this company!!! My trunk was missing 2 tool sets, a tool bag with a dirll and more tools, and also a bucket full of tools that was very obviously sorted through and missing the better quality tools from smfh. if you have any choice or option please do not go through this company at all. the staff is also no help they just tell you to go through your insurance in hopes theyll pay for your missing items.
