I call once asked for a specific rear axle for my truck either 3.73 or 4.10 ratio!! They have 3.73 and I ask if it had any leaks and how many miles David told me ya it probably has leaks I don’t know or not but it is over 20 years old see how your needing it for a 2004!! And ask what all I do with my truck if I tow anything or just strictly drive it I said I do both sometimes a camper!! He immediately said that he would not even warranty it because of how I would use the part!! All this while being rude very unprofessional and unhelpful
