I contacted this business seeking assistance with getting items removed from my home. I received a call back right away and was scheduled for a same day pickup. I was so grateful; I tried contacting salvation army/Goodwill locally, but never got an answer. I was starting to feel like nothing would be done. But I got in contact with this gentleman; he was prompt, professional and I learned that he is a jack of all trades. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone in need. I scheduled them to pick up junk from my yard, mostly pretty small stuff I pulled out while moving. And only stuff under ,10lbs aside from a broken 2'x2' fire pit. Was quoted between $150 and $250. Thinking it would be in the lower end considering I moved all the stuff into that pile in less than 5 minutes while still recovering from a spine surgery. But ended up $249, one of the charged was for "supervising" since I was not there, even though it was all piled out by the road. Can't imagine it took much to load up the trailer. Only gave two stars because technically $249 was in the quoted range. But if you're looking for junk removal for small things I would not recommend this at all. Cost more for this than to have the 3 bed 2 bath house cleaned and carpets shampooed for a move out. Positive note would be the woman who schedules and makes the calls is very patient and friendly.

Richard is fabulous!! Very personable, professional, kind & communicates very well. You wouldn’t be disappointed with his work! Even backed up the car onto a curb so my husband could then easily put it inside the gated carport.

I went there on Saturday to look for a door handle for my vehicle. When, I went in and went to the counter, I immediately was greeted and helped. The the guys at the counter assisted me. He look up my make and model but didn't have any vehicles like mines on the lot.

Out of all my interactions with businesses related to automobiles since I have been in Texas this is the only positive experience I've had. I don't remember his name but the guy helping me was great seemed to go out of his way to help me. Most importantly he did not take advantage of my auto ignorance.

I was really disappointed to write a bad...poor..review about someplace I once wrote a good one about.We have been coming here for awhile now. Seemed only honest place. Till one day we took about 40 lbs of number one stripped copper there and the scale showed 15... I know I preweigh all my stuff from habit on our fish hanging scale. It's not to the ounce accurate. .but it's not 25 lbs off...then when we got the ticket it said 38$!!! For 11 lbs...not 15..then lady said well the tare....is 4lbs. The weight of the little plastic tote the put it in to weigh it. ..what??!!!So then when I said I didn't accept that give my metal back. .herefused ..said I could have scanned the check and deposited it already even though I never accepted the check. We pushed back through the window when it was slid under to us...They said I'd have to wait 5 business days to cancel the check before I got the copper back.It's a good thing I take pics of the metal on the scale before I take it becuz of similar experiences. So. .I'll be going there in the morning. To get my copper back...andwe will see if it's all there... I'm glad I go with my gut and safety myself like that. I'm curious to see how they go about this. .if it's all there. Then I have my scales w me and weigh it rt in from t of them and see how they respond or what they have to say. Already made a report w state weights and measurements dept. We'll see how it goes

I wish I could give them a negative score. There was only one person there that even acted like they know what they were doing. I was not giving a receipt. I think they gave me somebody else's change. I didn't get my tote back, or my buckets. Unfortunately I did not realize that until I was gone. I'll never return. I would recommend it you go to some other location. UPDATE.. got a response back from these guys, read the responses they've sent to others who have them given a review. Sounds like a broken record to me... They know what they're doing but just don't care.

We had a very unfortunate situation happen today and we needed a tow. One of worst days of our lives and the gentleman working the day shift today (4/2/22) went up and beyond to make our day a little better. Pricing was way better than I thought it would be plus he was able to offload our vehicle in a specific spot it had to be in so it wouldn’t get towed for a violation. I wish I could remember this guys name, he was a younger African American fellow and he was the best tow truck driver I’ve ever encountered. I hope he gets to read this, thanks for towing the black Silverado for us tonight. I don’t see how the reviews are this way, it’s hard to find A++ customer service and this fellow was top notch. The owner is also full of themselves.For starters, they're not open till 5:00. "Eh, close enough" is the policy even if you can be in and out in half the time.I was looking for a lap seatbelt that wife could use to teach special needs children. I explain this to the attendant and he sends me to the back. I find what I need, return to him, and ask what I owe. He asks what I think it's worth and I say "maybe a couple bucks". Then he charges me $10 for it. Now it's not like I'm expecting to get it for free or anything. But you'd think it's special needs purpose or the fact that it's a couple ounces of canvas and plastic would fetch a better price. I hate to think what they must charge for things of actual value.
