Had exactly what I needed and was very helpful
I have been doing business with them for many years, and can't remember ever getting the wrong part or a part that didn't function right. Robert is like an encyclopedia when it comes to how alternators and starters work, and he'll give you advice and help solve your problems. He has told me simple solutions before when he could have just let me buy something I didn't need. They are honest and trustworthy.Service: Electrical

We were in need of some tools to help change an RV tire blowout and they had the necessary tools to help with this process. Their staff offered to help us find everything we needed. We were in and out fairly quickly ... and were able to get Marilyn (the RV) back on the road and to our destination (Fort Parker) with a new valve stem. Helpful crew indeed.

They were open on a Saturday and helped us out by replacing a valve stem on our RV tire. We had inflated the tires to the proper pressure and one of the older valve stems failed a few days later. Their crew was quick to identify the issue and replace the valve stem. They were able to get us back out on the road within a few minutes.

I had to call my insurance company to schedule a tow truck through my roadside assistance policy. This company was assigned to come tow my truck and it was a nightmare! Their faulty wench broke right as my truck was at the top of the ramp, causing it to roll off through my yard and into the trees. Had to wait forever for them to bring another truck, and then he drags my truck onto the tow truck while it is still in park. I called to speak to the manager. Tomas, and he nothing but rude & arrogant! Said oh well accidents happen. Tomas, then informed me that he himself put the policy in place to drag vehicles while they are still in park because, quote..."We've had too many roll off." He never once apologized for the damages or the inconvenience. Evidently this happens often so their equipment must not be very reliable.

The team at Mike Terry are a solid group of people and true to their word. I called them about a new Chevrolet dually they had and we worked a trade and everything out efficiently. I drove from north of DFW last night to pick it up - smooth operation. From Nick and Eric to the entire team, they are professionals. No games here and highly recommended.

Could be so much better. Been here for years and it keeps getting worse. I show up first thing in morning. Usually by 8am. For oil change or tire service. They tell me its going to be anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. So i shop. After an hour and a half I am ready to go and they tell me they haven't got to my car. I am now 4th in line for service. It'll be awhile. I end up having to cancel and go somewhere else. No answers as to why I was bumped down when I was there before any other cars..
Great place to buy tires. The service was outstanding bar none.
Great place to get honest, reputable and kind service! Jesse is hard working, friendly and treats everyone with respect.
One of the best times I've had in years , the staff was wonderful ,and very friendly , I'm sure I will b going back.
I don’t know much about it here. But I do know when I went to donate for a young lady this name was above mine with a SUOER generous donation. Not many companies actually help random people in need. This one did. If there is anything I ever need that they provide you can bet I will go out of my way to come here! You’ve shown that your company cares and that’s the best you can do!
