Last week we bought 3 things from this store. One did not work right out of package, another was the wrong part. 3rd was good. We went back to return first two. Manager had to get help as other employees were busy hiding from work. Waste of time. Went to another auto zone in tyler and they let us return the parts on the spot. That store manager said the second item package contained the wrong part! Moral, avoid lindale auto zone at all costs. The employees there are ignorant of their products and flatly do not care.
Charge warranty for everything so factor that price in the charged me almost $10 30 day warranty for a tailgate off a 1977 Truck that they only have had 1 of there warranty is a scam at least give your customers a option if they want the warranty instead of trying to find a way to up-charge. Also i always love the organization of locos but has seem to fallen off a cliff the site inventory is way off compared to what is out there. from now on they will be my last Choice to to business with i just drive to Longview for pickers u pull it way more organized and they give there customers options also the warranty is 365 day

Always friendly and they always try to help you if they can; like when our truck broke down the guys that work there quickly jumped into action and helped get us out of the way so the other customers could conduct their business in a timely manner. They were not rude or judgemental about our situation instead helped us figure out the problem and fix it.Awesome place.

I took a car there to have the motor replaced.. Was told it would take a week and ended up taking 3 1/2 months. The first motor they put in my car ended up being bad and ended up waiting another 2 months. The price changed of course despite it being a mistake on their part. To top it off I was cursed out by the owner (Emelio) and hung up on and upon arrival to finally get my vehicle was cursed out and rushed out of the shop. Will never refer anyone here.. He’s known for doing shady business and overcharging
