    If felling like family is a great way to fell.. This is the place to go and get paid for all your scrap with that positive atmosphere. If you don't know something , by all means ask one of the several people that work there.. They will answer you with a smile on there faces cause you learned something that day.     Charge warranty for everything so factor that price in the charged me almost $10 30 day warranty for a tailgate off a 1977 Truck that they only have had 1 of there warranty is a scam at least give your customers a option if they want the warranty instead of trying to find a way to up-charge. Also i always love the organization of locos but has seem to fallen off a cliff the site inventory is way off compared to what is out there. from now on they will be my last Choice to to business with i just drive to Longview for pickers u pull it way more organized and they give there customers options also the warranty is 365 day

    Always friendly and they always try to help you if they can; like when our truck broke down the guys that work there quickly jumped into action and helped get us out of the way so the other customers could conduct their business in a timely manner. They were not rude or judgemental about our situation instead helped us figure out the problem and fix it.Awesome place.

    I took a car there to have the motor replaced.. Was told it would take a week and ended up taking 3 1/2 months. The first motor they put in my car ended up being bad and ended up waiting another 2 months. The price changed of course despite it being a mistake on their part. To top it off I was cursed out by the owner (Emelio) and hung up on and upon arrival to finally get my vehicle was cursed out and rushed out of the shop. Will never refer anyone here.. He’s known for doing shady business and overcharging

    Bought and paid dearly for an expensive Mercedes engine (almost $10,000 all in). They called and told me they test ran the engine and it was knocking. I thanked them and they gave me a full refund. Strangely, weeks later they are still selling the same engine. I guess, even though it was their full asking price, my money wasn't enough.
