This place is incredibly honest , reliable , efficient and knowledgable.Asked them to check my tires and questioned if I needed snow tires... I was told I didn't need them and they were spot on. I needed an inspection they took my right away and told me I needed brakes, and boy did I ever . My check engine light came on one day . I got concerned , as its an old car and brought it right in....one of the guys promptly checked it out and shared he felt pretty sure it was just the cold ... and once again he was right !!! If there were more stars this place would get them.. Thank you Gills ... for so much ... Your work is outstanding and your honesty put your place of business high above the rest .... so thankful to have found you and its a privilege to write this review..

I’ve used Casella for general garbage/recycling removal since purchasing my home in StJ in August of 2016. Until recently it was great. Routine pickup Thursdays at around 3:30pm.However, the last three weeks I’ve had to call on Friday to find out why my Thursday pickup never happened. Today sealed it, “Kayleigh” was rude and short with me on the phone, asked if my barrels were out - I explained they go out promptly at 7:00am on Thursdays when my children leave for the bus stop - said she had no alerts for delays and that I “could leave an extra container next week”. Unacceptable response for a paid service. Period. Myers gained a new customer.
