Kudos to Autosaver Autobody in St. Johnsbury, VT. John Jefferson, Jessica and all the hard working individuals out back for a job well done on my 2022 GMC Acadia. John and his team not only fixed my car to factory condition, but detailed it. To be honest, as a mom of two and a full time student. I was a bit embarrassed to drop it off in the Condition it was in. Involved in a hit and run situation, I was unsure how everything would come together with insurance and arrangements for repair/rental. The Autosaver team answered all my questions I had and put my worries at ease. Thank you all for the excellent service and going above and beyond to fix my car in a timely manner! I had to have the rear bumper of my car replaced. My appointment was timely, with my insurance a rental car was arranged to pick up and drop off there, they finished the job early and even detailed the car! The bumper looks great and I am more than pleased with the work and the service.

I brought my car in there to have it repaired from a wildlife collision. It took almost 3 months to get my car in. When they called and said my vehicle was ready to be picked up I noticed a large gap in the hood that wasn’t properly fixed. They said it wasn’t part of the accident which they maybe right it probably was part of an accident that I had them fix prior that they didn’t fix correctly from hitting a snow bank. Most recently I hadn’t been driving my car since I picked it up because I have Jeep I prefer to drive in the summer, I noticed my directional is extremely lose the told me they never went into my steering. My question is okay why is this lose now all of a sudden it wasn’t prior to dropping it off!!! Now, I have discovered that my steering wheel no longer locks in off mode. So now I have an antitheft issue that I am now discovering. Yes, they did fix my mirror and a few dents and scratches along with my sensors but I have issues now with my car that were not a problem before dropping it off. Poor customer service, I would highly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else before going to this place. Only reason I didn’t give it a 1 star is they vacuumed it before returning it. Other than that they are over priced and won’t fix what they mess up.
