They've always been extremely helpful. Mike was really nice and helped test my car battery and alternator for free(they advertise it on big signs on their store). He did the test quickly and helped show me that nothing was wrong with the battery and alternator.

Needed several large commercial water heaters removed off various jobsites. Communication with Tom was excellent. He arrived exactly when he said he would. They were able to remove all 7 water heaters without a problem. Pricing was more than fair for the size and weight of the water heaters. Would highly recommend.

For all the mechanic shops and car dealers out there! LKQ's accounting department is the biggest scammers I've ever seen. This store does not handle they accounting right when it comes to refunds for the parts you returned or for the parts they send by mistake. I'm writing this not just because I had one sour experience, but because I'm catching them multiple times when they are trying to convince me that I never paid for the part. You have to provide all the copies of the checks that you paid to get your refund back. Even after pin pointing them check numbers that actually cleared on their account, I'm still having a nightmare. They never send your refund check unless you call and friendly remind that they got your money. And it is always, your check was just about to get mailed.Unprofessional and slow!Good part selection but bad handling of business!
