The original tow company did not show up and they could not get in touch with the tow truck driver. They kept telling me that he'll be there but he never showed up. So I gave up and called Road Runner and the tow truck driver showed up on time. He was was very easy to work with and took care of my vehicle. I will use them again!

This Napa store is one of the best auto parts in the area, if they dont have it they can get it. And there's one parts man I love dealing with. I love to give his name but I didnt ask him first. But I think you will know once you are dealing with him.

I’ve been living at my complex for a year and a half with no parking pass just a parking sticker. My landlord only provided us with parking passes just for VISITORS. They towed my car with my parking sticker on the back of my car. Funny thing is the car next to me didn’t have a parking pass or parking sticker. Luckily I had my front door open watching him towing my car away to stop him. He said he would drop my car for a small fee. But I had proof I lived there and I had my sticker but no parking pass. I’m thankful he dropped my car with no charge but either that guy needs glasses or hire more competent people. If this happens next time, I will take some sort of legal action towards this company because they are just trying to get money out of people in this community. I also want to add that the number they have on here is out of service so there is no way of getting in contact with this company.
