Mark was excellent. Repair shop was refusing to accept vehicle and Mark quickly called me to let me know. I conveyed to him that the insurance company had secured the appointment and gave Mark the details. He went back in to repair shop and still met resistance. I actually really like this place and have only trusted them with my car, however this last repair has taken almost 3 months. I do understand they are working on it just wish there was better communication and more accurate time line of when my vehicle will be ready. We use this company for weekly garbage service. They’re always reliable & on time. Any delays are communicated promptly. We have also rented a very large container when doing some house demo. They delivered it, set it where we wanted, explained how to use it safely & then picked it up when we were done. I was pleased with the cost. Called before going they told me they were paying between 3.60 & 3.80 (clean cooper) took it like 30 minutes after I called and they payed me 2.75 for each pound like why lie then , you can’t pay up or what?? Basically he gained 50 bucks just from me I wonder who else he does that too , to make up he’s days.

This place sure has went to trash in the past few weeks since it was sold. You can tell the previous owners son Stephen Finch is not happy about his family selling the business because now he treats all the customers like he don't want their business. We got turned away today because he said they had too much metal and they weren't excepting any more metal. Maybe I'm confused but don't this place scrap metal? I wonder if the new owners know he's turning away business

Best place to find what you’re looking for. And you’ll even make a friend while doing so. Jericho’s has been my go to ever since I got deeply into cars at the age of 15. If I’m ever missing a part, hose or even bolt I’ll make sure Jericho's is my first stop. And most of the time, my only stop. The owner is a great guy, very friendly and never fails to help me out with what I need. The field is very relaxing, I get to take my time while pulling apart and enjoy a beautiful vehicle grave yard scenery!

Every time I have to call customer service they mess something up. They gave me 3 cans, I never realized this till a week later, so I gave them a call, and wanted them to take 1 can, and leave me with 2. I said this 3 times to the lady so she could understand me. Little did I know they took 2, so I find out 2 weeks later after dealing with a sickness, and I asked them to bring 1 back, and if they would charge me for the 2 weeks for the “extra can” since they took it by mistake. The guy tells me “no sorry you didn’t know the extra can was gone till now so you have to pay for it”. Like what kind of a shady business is that. I don’t even care about having to pay for the extra can that I never knew was gone, but I’ve had multiple instances before this where customer service messes up, it’s just ridiculous. This place was the worst. The office staff is so unprofessional especially vitulia. Her language was fowl she is disrespectful and her customer service was horrible. They ordered the wrong size of tire and blamed it on me after a picture of the tire size was sent to them and after several other tires on the same vehicle where purchased. Then was charged $33 for THEIR mistake. I will never ever use this company again. Nor will I ever send clients their way.
