They demanded I drive up from from Oregon, (10 hours round trip) and show them my ID. They wouldn't let me send them an email scan of my ID. They wouldn't accept my son's insurance form with his name, address VIN number. RAD towing made this transaction so inconvenient. Unbelievable!! Plus they charged my son $1074 for a hook up and storage for 24 hours. Ridiculous! I called around to some of the local towing companies in Kennewick. They charge $400 for a hook up and $50 per day. Also they said they have no problem accepting a scan copy of a DL or written note from the person on the title. I know RAD towing are operating within the guidelines of the law but can't you have a little compassion on us?? Why make me drive 10 hours to show my ID to your rep who literally looked at it for 10 seconds and handed it back. Didn't even ask for the registration. Uggggg Im giving you three stars because your driver,dispatcher, and agent were courteous.

Nice to have a recycle company in our community. Unfortunately they are not very nice. I drove across town to bring them a load of Plastics thinking they close at 5. The gate is open I back up and start unloading. A guy comes out and says he goes home at 4 when they close. I am thinking it is about 3:30pm no problem. Two guys come out shortly after and tell me I can't finish unloading it is almost 4pm and they must close the gate and go home right at 4pm sharp. There is no line, I am the only customer left. I tell them I just need 2 minutes. I have a nice load of Plastics that I hauled across town for them in a truck that only gets 8 mpg. Actually there was an even bigger price I paid. It was my time to collect and donate goods to their business. Mustering all the gratitude and mercy these guys could muster at the end of their shift, and I think they went down deep, they answered not even 1 minute. How kind was that? I think if I was in their shoes I would have said no problem, we will help you and it will go even faster. Thank you for your business. Please come again. I was the only customer and there was no line. Even the Pasco post office with 1.7 stars out of 5 being the lowest score for any business I can think of is better than this. One day they had a long line before closing. They closed the doors and took care of everyone inside the doors!

Only way it could be better is if i could pull the parts myself. Give them a check before you buy a new part. When i attempted to sell them a scrapcar, i was quoted a value and told they were going to call back after talking to tow driver. During the call back, the value was cut in half, and the pickup date pushed out. Not as though the location changed, or the car became less of a scrap car. Chose to find a different scrapper for it.
