When I contacted S&J, I received a quote and a date for pickup. I only had to wait 2 days, which was great. Communication was good as they let me know they were running a bit late. I have gone to sell my non ferrous metals on 3 different occasions and only 1 of the 3 times was there a wait because one person was already there getting weighed up and he was dealt with in a couple minutes. The owner is very nice and helpful and offers great customer service. The reason I rated this yard 4 stars is because it Wont let you rate 4.5 stars and the only thing that caused this rating is their prices are a little bit less than what you would get from a larger company who deals in large quantities, and im sure that's because its a smaller operation. That being said he makes up for this by paying cash which is always a good perk. As far as the Marysville Everett area is for pricing so far he seems to pay the best compared to other local options. Just a heads up he only buys non ferrous so dont try to bring any steel or ferrous metal because they dont buy them. If ur looking for a no hassle easy and quick experience for your recycling in the Everett snohomish area then I would definitely recommend trying this yard out.

I was also promised a refund by a manager that was never given and still yet to be given. Attitude from phone reps is appalling! No one takes ownership of the errors and makes delivery a priority.
