I called them late in the evening. They helped me winch out my company's dump truck out of some mud that my guys got it stuck into. It was angled in the worst way so it had to be winched out at a 90 degree angle basically. It only took Jean, the tow truck driver, like 2 minutes to get the truck out of the mud. Didn't damage a single thing and then waited for my guys to get out of the mud completely and onto some gravel just in case they got stuck again. They're gonna be the first people I'm calling next time the need arises.

I had some work done a few months back to my 2015 JKU and I am very very happy with the recommendations for upgrades that George gave me and even more recently they did some upgrade to my steering and brakes. I am totally stoked again with their recommendations. The guys over there are awesome (George,Jess and Shane) they know there stuff. If you want your rig to tackle the out doors go see those guys.🤙🏽 Mahalos for great good customer service and help .

I personally had a great experience here. They had a good selection of vehicles all of which were hardly touched. The owner or whoever the guy walking around the yard was, noticed I was struggling to get off a body panel and offered me some tools. I didn’t need them but it was still nice of him to offer. Prices were pretty similar as if I were to go to Pick-N-Pull. The terrain is pretty rough and I wasn’t prepared. So wear boots! Lol. I’ll be coming back for sure though.
I took a transfer case back to them because it had a bad output shaft bearing and got cussed at for it being in pieces where you could see the bad bearing. Then was told I would not get a full refund. Finally joe gave me a full refund. Gene isn't someone there to deal with so make sure you talk to joe. AS a business owner myself you never cuss out a customer which I got from gene.
Ron and Joe were very helpful and their prices were very reasonable. They shipped the part I needed and it arrived the next day!!!
