Great experience, Sue is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It's a junkyard but I did feel like a kid again. We ordered a Seat for a customer on 1/18/22 and was told we would have it by the following Friday 1/21 or Monday 1/24. I called on Tuesday and they said the seat didn't get removed from the vehicle until Thursday and did not get put on the Truck until Sunday. I called again and they told THIS Thursday or Friday. We're here Friday morning 1/28 and somehow someone forgot to put this seat on the truck. My Customer has already been without a vehicle since 1/18 and now I have no idea.
