List of Junkyards in Thurston County
Jose was great! Prompt and professional the universal junk removal crew did a quick and clean job. Removal of my whole derelict shed took less than half an hour. Overall great experience. 10/10 would hire again for my junk removal needs Services: Junk removal, Construction debris removal
I had a flood in my basement and everything was ruined. Hoss Junk Removal was able to help me in a very timely manner. They showed up on time, had a large trailer that was able to haul everything away. It was a three room basement that had all my storage, so it was a significant amount of debris to haul. I felt the price was reasonable, especially considering most of the boxes were saturated and fell apart. Most of them had to be transferred to garbage cans. Despite all that they were able to knock it out in two hours. I would do business with them again, no doubt.Service: Junk removal

Address:109 Carpenter Rd NE, Lacey, WA (Zipcode: 98516)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedThis business only pays in rounded down dollar amounts. Example $10.99 = $10.00. On a yearly basis this business is padding their margins. There was a sign stating this during Covid years back because of a change shortage. Sign is now gone and nothing indicates you will get the full amount you expect when recycling with them. I will not be doing business here ever again. UPDATE: In reply to Sutter Metals full pament by check their attendant hands you a cash amount with a receipt rounded down to the dollar and never explains their policy of generating a check for your full payment. If you never check the receipt you will never know. In addition all other businesses deal with burdensome change every day and seem to operate a better quality business model since the passing of the Covid epidemic. I could understand this companies business model if they stated it upfront with a professional sign at the scale shack stating their policy. "Cash payment is rounded down to nearest $ or full $ amount is paid by check." Give your customers a choice leaving no doubts as to whether your attendant explained your policy or not. Understanding it's pennies on the pound per customer, however, at the end of the day it amounts to dollars on the pound for the business.

Address:2420 Hogum Bay Rd NE, Lacey, WA (Zipcode: 98516)Phone:Open hours:Open from 07:00 am to 04:45 pmStatus:ClosedExtremely well laid out facility. A little large for not being familiar with its layout for first time visit. Open layout, plenty of room for the amount of patrons. My only thing I found out of place, is how they somehow believed a facility is comparable to a campus, regarding their no smoking signage. (noun: the grounds and buildings of a university or college)

Address:5868 Pacific Ave Se Ste B, Lacey, WA (Zipcode: 98503)Phone:Open hours:Open 24 hoursStatus:Openwe all get and understand understaffed, overworked, covid, staff shortage, heaven forbid a loss causing personal havoc. and the general public is rough. but the reply from you of hearsay is a lie! you're conversation was overheard and my personal call after learning you used the wrong son's name online did not go much better. if you are of military background as you claimed then you know better! true facts are 1.other tow outfits were running. and at 1/3 your price I understand why they were very busy as well. 2.sorry if you were to sleepy to notice my wife's call was at 6:30 am not 1am as you stated. but you're add says 24 hour. maybe temp hire someone? there are temp services in town you can call in a time like bad weather when a tow operator might expect higher volume. 3.shaming someone for doing their best to get to work in bad weather is not helping after the fact that they slid into a bush and was high centered. the officer that stopped to check wanted the car moved asp. there is nothing you said to anyone that he didn't hear from his parents. maybe quit towing and become a driving instructor? 4.where you went to far, looking up someone's personal profile to gather information to shame the worker farther online is creepy, and ironically enough using the wrong son's name of a man in uniform currently serving is shady behavior! this does not portray a PATRIOT... I would suggest seeking help through the VA if you can. 5.a simple gee sorry you felt that way. or even gee mam we are understaffed and can not tow at the moment. would not have gotten her review. it's called tact and they teach that in customer service class you can find at evergreen college. thank you for removing our son's name although a professional would have never bothered to go there! in closing I wish you well in the future. but to the customer? call around because this owner really values not driving in the icy conditions.

Address:5612 Black Lake Blvd SW, Olympia, WA (Zipcode: 98512)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedSo my boyfriend and I came here about two weeks ago looking for a motorcycle tire. In the process the guy that helped us was the best dude ever. I mean he took us in the back and showed us around telling us all that he knew about bikes(Yes we were getting some knowledge) so I want to thank him for being so kind and patient. We even got invited to come to their race they have yearly. So long story short my boyfriend wanted a bike they had that the owner decided to part with and I said yes I would get it but I wasn’t sure ( myself) lol so I waited until today to go buy it and surprise him with it and didn’t have a clue of how to pull it off when the guy working this morning came up with the best ruse that WORKED!!!!! So I want to thank the guys here for being so down to earth having the best customer service while keeping it fun. Thanks again for helping with the surprise… I would definitely recommend everyone that’s looking for parts to come here cause you never know what else you’ll find to leave with. They have everything

Address:939 Northern Pacific Rd SE, Yelm, WA (Zipcode: 98597)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedIt is very unprofessional to tell the customer that the part is ready, and in the end, when the customer meets in person, he finds out that the part is not ready and it takes three hours to get it ready for sale! Are you serious? Bottom line - a waste of time and money to visit this establishment. P.S. If anything, constructive criticism doesn't hurt.
I bought a multiple cars from here and Kim, the owner has always been honest and worked out finding me cars to fit my budget. Both cars have been used to travel cross country multiple times without any issues. If you're looking for a reliable used car and an honest business to purchase one from, this is the place to go!
I've got great prices for parts there. They've treated me with great respect.
