I had a flood in my basement and everything was ruined. Hoss Junk Removal was able to help me in a very timely manner. They showed up on time, had a large trailer that was able to haul everything away. It was a three room basement that had all my storage, so it was a significant amount of debris to haul. I felt the price was reasonable, especially considering most of the boxes were saturated and fell apart. Most of them had to be transferred to garbage cans. Ok so let me start off by saying timing is everything. so I got there a little after 3pm and it was extremely busy, people everywhere trying to get there scrap in. After I got all my items processed and got paid it was 4:58 pm. I do not feel as if the weight was accurate, next time I'll scale my materials prior to going in. The scrap prices I received was on par with the prices on I scrap app. So I inquired about the best time of the day to come in and I was told between 8am to noon.

Extremely well laid out facility. A little large for not being familiar with its layout for first time visit. Open layout, plenty of room for the amount of patrons. My only thing I found out of place, is how they somehow believed a facility is comparable to a campus, regarding their no smoking signage. (noun: the grounds and buildings of a university or college)

we all get and understand understaffed, overworked, covid, staff shortage, heaven forbid a loss causing personal havoc. and the general public is rough. but the reply from you of hearsay is a lie! you're conversation was overheard and my personal call after learning you used the wrong son's name online did not go much better. if you are of military background as you claimed then you know better! true facts are 1.other tow outfits were running. and at 1/3 your price I understand why they were very busy as well. 2.sorry if you were to sleepy to notice my wife's call was at 6:30 am not 1am as you stated. but you're add says 24 hour. maybe temp hire someone? there are temp services in town you can call in a time like bad weather when a tow operator might expect higher volume. 3.shaming someone for doing their best to get to work in bad weather is not helping after the fact that they slid into a bush and was high centered. the officer that stopped to check wanted the car moved asp. there is nothing you said to anyone that he didn't hear from his parents. maybe quit towing and become a driving instructor? 4.where you went to far, looking up someone's personal profile to gather information to shame the worker farther online is creepy, and ironically enough using the wrong son's name of a man in uniform currently serving is shady behavior! this does not portray a PATRIOT... I would suggest seeking help through the VA if you can. 5.a simple gee sorry you felt that way. or even gee mam we are understaffed and can not tow at the moment. would not have gotten her review. it's called tact and they teach that in customer service class you can find at evergreen college. thank you for removing our son's name although a professional would have never bothered to go there! in closing I wish you well in the future. but to the customer? call around because this owner really values not driving in the icy conditions.

I got a new guy once to keep searching for a "head gasket on a rx-7, motor eas 13b turbo.. lol. No head gasket on rotary. Learned something. But I got laughs the time he searched was 37 minutes my call was 43 long. That was years ago. Then also they fired my brother to hire eye candy. Again 10 plus years ago. And that girl... well rocks be smarter.Now it's just a good reliable place tt car stuffs. The guys nice and throw courtesy around in a good way. They really know their stuff and man enough when havr no idea tell me then go find out.You all rock!

These guys are cool! Very accommodating, although current stock is a bit limited; maybe a hundred bikes. Still worth a look though and you can't beat their prices!

They stated that both 4runner curtain airbags were available and they gave me a final price. I gave my card info only to have no answer for a whole week. I call them again and the lady on the phone states that they actually only have 1 side available. Whatever, no big deal. Agreed on the price a second time. It's been another week and no word. NOTE: They still have my card info and were responding well until they got. Today? No answer. Avoid doing business here
