I called to ask what the payout was on some materials, and whoever picked up the phone had a horrible attitude. Idk if she didn't like my voice or what, but talked to me like I was a pos for calling with questions. She sounded young and needs to work on people skills.
So glad these guys came though on a Sunday. They picked up my Chevy from Southside Racine and was here in less then 15 minutes from when I called. Everyone else was closed. I swear they gave me way more then I thought I would have gotten from anywhere else. I highly recommend if you have to junk your car, this is the auto recycler to call.
Best used parts shop by far. They have the parts off the car and ready to go! Which is a plus for anyone. Very friendly employees customer service is on point. I traveled from Menomonee falls to Racine because their prices are the best can't beat their prices. We normally go to lkq until today we will be regulars for this business. We dealt with Chris and he was very very helpful and we appreciate his great customer service.
Had my car impounded and cleared for release at 3:30. Called these guys in a panic when i realized rhe lot closed at 4. Called floyds and they were not only able to help me out in the alotted time, but actually beat me to the lot. Driver was friendly and efficient. Couldnt ask for better service.
