I recently bought a car from this location, and weeks later the alternator went out. Luckily it was under their warranty. They brought the car (Mercedes) to a non professional repair shop and went my vehicle was returned the audio was completely out. By the time I bought my car and could actually drive it was about a month and a half. Their service receptionist was very rude but the rest of the employees did not give me a hard time. I will never buy a car from this company again.

Super easy and friendly people. Wish I would have called sooner! Had a car sitting in the driveway for 2 years dragging me down. It became an eyesore. I called 4:30pm Thursday, they gave me a quote over the phone, and it was gone Friday during the scheduled appointment window. Was paid in cash the same amount quoted.
