I am presently and currently locked inside of 234 pick your parts by Banks 234 Auto salvage on 234.The level of respect and ultimate trust and the great communication in clearly letting customers know what time you guys close before we walk back to take a part vehicles is superb. All jokes aside this is super funny I don't know what to do you have locked me in with a chain and a very very thick master lock I have a file just no cake so I'm not really sure how to go about this... Just kidding I won't touch your lock please get back to me..One final thing to add mosquitoes will get you long before the Rottweilers do.

Not a bad place. Buyers need to go in knowing the price list and what they are looking for. I've made several trips for certain kinds of parts and other than them having a limited stock of my make/model no real issues. I do wish that they put the vehicles up on wheel rims so that the undercarriage were more accessible.

Found parts but if you pick it yourself you can’t return it since it wouldn’t have “warranty on it” but if you ask someone that works there to pull/pick the part out for you only then you’d receive warranty and be able to bring back the part if it doesn’t function properly 🤬🤦🏻‍♀️They told my father that we didn’t need warranty and that he could bring it back the next day if the tail light didn’t work properly. He got ripped off $80Customer service sucks since the men are rude!

Extremely rude lady at front office!!! I am not one to ever leave a bad review, I always try to be the calm one in a situation but this time was different. This was mine and my boyfriend's first time here and so we had no idea what we were doing. We went and got our part and then headed to put our tools back in the car and then find a place to pay for the part. We tried finding a worker to ask but never saw any so we were looking around everywhere and we finally saw a small building that we assumed was it. As we were about to walk to the building the lady ran out and started yelling at us accusing us of trying to steal. I calmly explained to her that we were heading there right now to pay and that this was our first time here so we just were confused on where to go. She continued to be extremely rude and verbally abusive to me and my partner. Someone with that attitude and zero understanding or patients of customers shouldn't be working up front. I understand people steal from there and so they take precautions but there is a respectful and professional way to go about that situation and that lady was anything but that!

If 0 stars were an option it still wouldn't be low enough to rate this place. Decent selection of vehicles but wait until you try and checkout. The crooks that run the front desk will spitball prices and tell you to check online and see that their prices are comparable.... The whole point of a u-pull-it is you save the labor from someone else pulling the part for you. This place wants to charge you the same for a part that is on eBay. At least you have some sort of buyers protection when you use eBay. The price list they have on their website is just for show. Read some of the other reviews and you'll see this is common practice. Only reason I even decided to go here was because it's close to home.TLDR : Don't go here. Go to pick-a-part in Fredericksburg or Stafford, any LKQ in Maryland, or Chesterfield auto parts in Richmond.

The other reviews are legit. The woman working at the front desk charged a friend of mine $90 for a wheel when the price list says $20. I went in and asked if they have any third brake lights for my car. Their online price list for third brake lights is $15 but this lady kept telling me it would be $60. I told her it says $15 online and and she got very rude with me. I walked out. Save yourself the time and visit the yard in lorton, stafford, or fredericksburg.

I went to ask for a car part and they said they had a couple cars when i get there , mind you i drove 45 minutes to get there and there was no cars of the one i requested terrible service don’t even go help and show you where the cars are

They have everything, motors, car fenders etc...Lot is clean even though it snowed; mud over 5 inches. They should open a new trailer the office place was disgusting. I know it's a junk yard, but still they work inside. Trailer park house would work.

If I could put less stars I do it. Please don’t waste your time and money, they sell you a incorrect part and they don’t give your money back. The only thing they said your mechanic made a mistake. I really disappointed with this store.

Was told radio with GPS cost more than one without GPS. Asked for one with GPS. The Radio was brought to me without GPS after I paid the higher cost. Asked for a refund, the lady charged 25% restocking fee even though she never explained or tell me the difference between one that has navigation and sold without the GPS screen and one that does not have GPS altogether. Not a good experience especially interacting with the woman at the desk. Ask them to explain what they are selling to you before you pay.
