Needed a tailgate for my truck. Seen online that they had it, but since it's a 2 hour drive I decided to call and make sure. They told me that they had it on the phone, so I made the drive only to have them lead me on a wild goose chase looking for the truck in the yard. Turns out they crushed the truck... so l wasted my time, gas and mileage driving all the way out for no reason, even though I called ahead of time.

I not even giving them the one star Bad customer service they make you pay for the part before you get it then try to give you something nobody would want then charge you 25% restock fee then it was the wrong part don’t do business with them they going rip you off I guess I paid for the 12 pack of beer I seen one worker walking in with

I would not trust them. I had a 11 o’clock appointment to come and pay and get a windshield from them. I made it here at 11 o’clock on the dot and then they tell me that they can’t do it. They want me to prepaid and then come back tomorrow to get it, I already got people set up to help me get the windshield out on my truck. I have everything set up. I would not trust them. This is the second time they had burned me here other time they sold me a bad part in the fuse to fix the issue, I gave him a second chance be very, very cautious with them
