Good costumer service. If they don't have it on hand already, they can usually find it for you and get it in within a day or two. 30 day guarantee. Ask for Mike, he'll take care of you, and won't sell you what you don't need... unless you insist you need it anyway. 🤷‍♀️

The staff are very friendly at both locations. I actually left my phone behind and they luckily found it. I thoroughly enjoyed the service and recommend them if you need spare parts at a reasonable price from trustworthy people!

I came here with a neighbor who had no mechanical skills so i brought him here to show him how it was done, i got with the guy up front, got a location of the vehicle, pulled my part, took it up front and bought it...easy deal, good price.

Terrible. Took 3 days to pick up a part they had "in stock" according to their website and over the phone. You have to pay then wait first come first serve for them to pull it. Was told it would be the same day, then the next day, then it was at their other location. Service is beyond slow. I got the part home and it's missing pieces. I've purchased this exact same part at other yards. Called to see if they had it, went in and had it in 5 minutes.

Great customer serviceBut then when I got my part to my mechanic only to find out my part was faulty and like any business should do bring me another part which is what they had to doI would have thought most used parts are somewhat tested for mechanical defects
