    Deceptive sales tactics and will not honor their warranties. UPDATE ! as everyone can see below I was instructed to call this phone number to get a resolution to the agreed upon warranty we had in writing. Of course they were only ready to make more excuses why they WILL NOT honor their warranty. They highlight and point out the fine print nobody can read without a magnifying glass right above the Bold typing that was the real agreement. They sold me a. 27000 MI engine that only lasted one year. Here in a public atmosphere they act like they want to make it right but over the phone they're laughing at you and telling you how out of luck you are. Choose Wisely people who you do business with!

    I had a transmition that I needed to pick up,and that was the only way because that was the last day I could use my friends truck and the dude that was driving the forklift was speeding with my transmition on a pallet and dropped it then he picked it up and dropped it again very unprofessional that guy should be fired!!😡😡😢

    12/20/21 Buy an ATK motor and this is what you get. Excuses and a serious lack of initiative to correct faulty products. Wake up LKQ. The internet allows your former customers to inform your potential customers how little you care about them. 12/23/21 My cab has been filling up with blue smoke a couple times a day when I get in and start it up. Took it to GV Muffler to have the exhaust checked 12/22/21 and there are no exhaust issues. So today I looked under the hood when smoke started pouring out of the sides. So I'm adding pictures of that too. Every gasket on this engine - including the rear main - leaks oil. Please, for the love of all that's holy, don't buy anything from LKQ!

    LKQ always has the best prices for parts but the reason this place gets such a low review is because they hardly ever answer their phone. For those of us trying to do business with them we have to get numbers from LKQ around for example we got ahold of a person from Wichita and he was able to help. Once they fix their phone calls this place would be great.

    Was very disappointed that I ordered 3 parts and all 3 were broken due to staff not listening to me before pulling part wasted 6 45 minute trips to LKQ worst place ever

    Poor customer service, the min they say they don't have they hang up, had more to look up but after item number they didn't have he hung up the phone.

    I purchased a radiator for my Jaguar they found one so they could have it to me in the Kansas City LKQ in two days it’s been 2 1/2 weeks going on three. They said they lost it in transit sales rep I dealt with never returns my phone calls, hard to get a hold of anybody at any of the LKQ’s and constantly be towed. It should be there on this day. He should be there on this day. He should be there on this day and I’m really frustrated.

    Purchased a used engine about a month ago. Spoke to a Nathan at LKQ. Very nice on the phone and provided information I was looking for. I asked if the engine had any damage to it that I was purchasing and he reassured it had no damage. The engine was being put in today at the shop and come to find out it has a rod in it. Called LKQ to see if they would cover the labor because I did purchase a 12/12 warranty and the guy who answered did not apologize , gave me no type of reassurance other then confirming my warranty, and could not confirm if another engine had been sent to the shop. The people at the shop said that LKQ said they were sending out another engine "immediately" , but the guy on the phone knew nothing and told me to call Nathan tomorrow and there was nothing he could do. Not satisfied with this service so far at all.

    I called ahead to see if I could get a part for my 2013 Camry. They said I could pickup today so I drove 1 hour from Manhattan only to wait 45 minutes all the while the employees weren’t communicating anything with me and then I was told the part was lost. So glad I wasted my gas. Garbage customer service.

    Eliezer A. really went above and beyond to get me a part taken care of and ready for freight pick-up. it was the only part available in the country, and just when it seemed nobody was going to work with me, this guy bent over backwards to get it packaged properly, excellent pictures, and extremely quick response times. VERY awesome service! Ask for this guy.

    They took my money and said I could come get the parts the next day they never called I finally just drove up there when the guy said my order had been canceled for no reason. Then he didn't want to give my money back he finally did

    Every time i call his place i'm on hold for 20+ minutes. Then they tell me to pay for a part in advance without even seeing the part. But they wont pull it til you pay for it, so they got me over a barrel... so i paid for it, drove there and it was the wrong part as usual, so i had to drive home and wait for them to pull the right part, then drive back again. After making another trip there, they got the right part in the wrong color...so we gotta do it all over again. After multiple trips, they tell me they have the part in Lawrence, so i agree to drive to Lawrence to get it...and guess what...WRONG PART AGAIN. This company is almost useless. by the time i figure in my time, gas and turnpike fees, i could have bought a new part.

    got an excellent deal on a used 4l60e transmission that shifts great! prompt shipping through ebay... took a chance with a used unit and couldnt have went any better. thanks!! also bought transfer case from this location for a job i did last year. that vehicle is still running great too!!!

    My extended warranty uses them. Got a transmission under my warranty in September got it put in how's the bad torque converter. They replace it with another used transmission and it's worse than the first one I got torque converters bad and it's got major shifting problems go to step into it and it bottoms out. Not a happy customer I've been without my truck for 3 weeks now total

    I was looking for a specific item but unfortunately they don't sell just a part of a windshield washer fluid reservoir, like the cap. You would think that how many break or get lost they would sell just the cap for it. I would have to buy the entire reservoir. And they are not cheap either. But they were very friendly and helpful when trying to suggest somewhere they thout may sell them.

    Ordered a seat and seat belt attachment through here. Seat belt attachment ended up being for wrong side but they got me the right part. Fair prices and easy to work with. Would recommend using them.

    My husband tried to buy a seat for his truck the employee said he had one and charged my husband's card the amount. Two days later when we went to pick it up it was the wrong color. Second employee said no problem we will order you the more expensive one for the price you were charged. We called three days later to be informed there was no seat in the system after all that matched his truck. The money has still not been put back in the card and they could care less. Not happy with the wishy washy service and lack of customer service.

    I ordered 4 Firestone Destination tires and was told what day they would be delivered. I called that day and was told they were on a truck on their way here and it would be the next day. Next day came and went no tires. Finally the 3rd day I called them and they said oh yeah they are here. I went to pick them up and they were sitting outside covered in snow. I asked when they were delivered and the guy helping me said umm I'm not really sure I can look it up... we went inside to finish up and he asked if I was paying cash or card? I said I already paid over the phone when I ordered them. It didnt go through, the guy on the phone who took my CC number would have known right away if it went through and he said yup everything's good to go. Which it wasn't!!!! This place dose horrible business, and has horrible customer service!!!!! Will not ever be going back to this place!!!

    Website is less than desirable to find actual parts in your city. I've bought from the counter before and is ok but workers seem to be fairly rude but I understand every one has a bad day but I've dealt with that more than once so go to a different place in KC instead now.

    Called in order and drove an hour to pickup an order that was deleted without calling me. I will say that they made it right but my time is precious and they need to fix their system. Ordered a widow where 10 were available but the one picked was broken. Should have chosen another available window. Glad they rushed to help me and only waited a couple hours.

    Been going there for years and the guys at the counter never really wanted to help you and I always put cash in the customer line but after I started working with Troy Martin almost a year ago I become mr. Mike finally got a name and feel like the big company really appreciate your business I'll keep coming back as long as he's there.     My friend and I drove out to the store today from the Wichita area to purchase an engine that we had seen on eBay. when we arrived at the store they were not able to locate the engine in their computer but luckily when we showed them the eBay listing they were able to locate it. it doesn't make any sense to us why the engines that are listed on eBay are not also in their normal inventory system. they gave us the same price that was listed on eBay but for some reason they charged us $100 core charge which we would not have had to pay if we purchased it on eBay. Perhaps they were not aware of this in the store we did not know this ourselves until we read the eBay listing and more detail on our way home.

    If there was a way to rate these place a minus 50 I would. I called there looking for a affter market hood. The place that makes the hood says low was a distributor for them. But when I called the guy that answered the phone said he had never heard of the company and acked liked it was a pain because I called. Rude unfriendly behavior. I would not send no one there. Just me..I don't and won't deal with idiot's
