Niece was having issues with what she thought was the transmission. Took it here and they claimed it needed a new transmission. Couldn’t get a list of the codes because they “cleared” them. Any reputable shop keeps a log or printout of faults before clearing them.Came and towed the car home. Turns out it needed plugs and a coil pack. There were no transmission faults.Get a second opinion if you’re trusting these guys.Could’ve cost her $3,000-$4,000 and not been repaired.
