    I order a lot from A & P for my auto repair business. They are ready to help and are never overpriced. Even though they are located far away from my shop they are able to deliver to my location nearly daily. If the part is going to be delayed I can count on them to honestly tell me when I WILL see the part. 👍

    I wanted to purchase a vapor canister. The price advertised on their website was $125.00 plus a $10.00 handling fee. I decided to purchase at $135.00. However, when I called i was informed the part was at another facility, they would not have it until sometime the next day and the price is now $150.00. i couldn't help feeling like I was being taken advantage of. I did not purchase and i went somewhere else where they sold me the part at $115.00

    very bad experience, the damaged box, it did not bring protection to the alternator, just a very thin plastic bag as I show in the photos, and the damaged part I wrote to them telling them that I wanted my money back ...2015 AUDI Q7 3.0T

    Needed a A/C compressor for 2014 Malibu that was available, I asked to look at it an inspect it before purchase, I was told NO, was told i had to purchase part before being able to look at the cost of $140 plus $10 core charge. Really ? So I called Wilberts in Rochester and drove there since they have much better customer service and Only paid $ 75 with no core charge. They ley me inspect a USED part for customer satisfaction.If you cant look at something before you purchase used. Buyer beware
