    I called in twice yesterday once during hours second time out of hours trying to find a Pacific part for an older truck. I can understand any time to search the yard to find a part or whatever have you? That's fine. But at least haven't courtesy to call somebody back. Even if you don't have the parts. I'm not waiting around all day. Your time is valuable but also so is mine.

    Called and told them I needed a 18 inch wheel they said they could get one for me next day if I paid that day. Next day came and they told me it's out by the pole out front. Go pick it up and it's a 17" wheel and No body is there. Went to take it back and was charged a 25% restocking fee for some else's mistake. Somebody probably doesn't know how to measure wheels.

    Very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd been looking for a door for a pick-up truck for 2 weeks before I found this place. They had exactly what I needed and sold it to me for a very reasonable price. They will definitely be high on my list of places to check for parts in the future.
