Customer reviews of Hensley Towing and Recovery in Bucyrus, OH
4.8 stars based on 230 reviews- JJoanna Lieb
My car wouldn’t start on this bitter cold morning. Jim came to the house to jump start my car and test my battery. I drove the car to his shop and received quick service to replace the battery and was able to head to work. Thank you to Jim and his staff for great service. I appreciate the kindness. I highly recommend calling Hensley towing with any car issues.

Was in town for my son's wrestling tournament and my check engine light started flashing, Hensley towing provided great service, they were quick to respond and very reasonable. Even gave me a ride back to the school after dropping off my vehicle so I could continue watching the tournament. Great people! Highly recommend.
