This place is a joke. Their lot in back, the best auto parts, is just as bad. I went there to find some parts for my truck, and had bright my old parts with me to match them and make sure I got the right ones. As I was going to leave, they stopped me and started to claim I was stealing my own parts...guy started advancing on me and started making threats. They also claimed they had signs everywhere stating that all bags must get checked upon exit, but there's not a single sign anywhere. Cops got called, and since I "couldn't prove I owned the parts" I was forced to "buy" all the parts I already owned. this place is a scam and ripoff. Do DO NOT recommend doing business with these nasty people. I will not be going back there..

I would give 0 stars if I could. I just traveled almost an hour because I was told they had the part I needed. Just to get here, basically waste 30 more minutes searching through every car to find the only one they had compatible with my vehicle. And it did not have the part like she told me... be careful with these people, or you might waste your gas time money and energy.. no help was offered. Customer service was horrible.... save yourself the time and find somewhere else to take your business.....

Don’t waste your time coming here. I used to come here all the time years ago. But now it’s gone to complete poop. There is literally 4 cars just sitting on top of each other looking like they will fall any second! It’s a complete mess. You can’t even walk through the lanes of cars. You have 99.9% chance of NOT finding your car in there. And if you do... good luck climbing 3 cars and making it Alive.

I ordered an engine from ABC used auto parts and they sent it to me from Kentucky to Pennsylvania and I found out that the engine was no good and because my mechanic didn’t put it in until after the 30 days, they did not reimburse me at all for 30 days so I lost out over $3000 Are terrible organization don’t deal with them
