Although someone called to have my car towed…Miss Ann Marie that works their front desk was a huge help in getting my car back to me and when it wouldn’t start she helped me get it running again. Getting ur car towed without notice is a pain but as frustrating as the situation was she facilitated my cars release back to me flawlessly. Can’t say I enjoyed the circumstances I had to encounter her help but once again I’m glad they had such a considerate and understanding individual helping customers

I would like to say they got my vehicle from 850 Auto Service Center they will not take it to my address for whatever reason I’ll contact me and I’m trying to explain that to the Caucasian guy that He has a very nasty attitude with me and stuff even hung up. I’m trying to ask him what’s the other number is that I’m trying to find out about my my truck with a real slick mouth and stuff somebody’s gonna be an extra hundred dollars and stuff like that plus that you just like hang up on my face I’m trying to get a cancel the right now the other number like dude real rude like he must really really hate his job I get that but at least pretend why you’re on the phone with somebody like you’re trying to help somebody. I know it’s just a paycheck do you but that’s my vehicle I’ve been about five months without my vehicle and then they total you guys. I got a blown head gasket you’re not dealing with what I’m dealing with right now even if dealing with something don’t take your problems out on customers cause regardless will you see me as a customer or not? We still have to pay you for service
