I don’t understand the bad reviews. I had a great experience with ability. I called at night got a great price. Quick response. I believe the gentleman that helped name was Tommy! Very nice and professional. I would definitely use ability if I need another tow! Great prices! Great customer service!

They are very rude. Towed my car from job, I had to get off of work only to get a ride there, Noone was there, when they finally got there,.the manager was very rude. I felt so threatened as a black female in there. I tried to call the police he wanted me to leave and all I wanted was my car. I tried to record, so when make my report I have evidence he proceeded to tell me it's private property. I couldn't help but to think if I had been white I would have been treated different. I would never recommend this company. Go to Jim Patton or anywhere else

My car was towed by the police because it broke down in the road. Web site says its open 24hrs however that's not true. I have gone by to sign proper documents to have the vehicle released to my insurance company so that it can be repaired but no one has been there. I've called multiple times only to find out that the business phone has been transferred to a personal cell phone and I was blocked. I had to call by blocking my number to get an answer only to be told the office isn't open today even though the web site says it is.. I have never heard of a tow truck company being closed!!
