Loaded up 3,118 pounds of #9 wired excess materials off my job and brought it to the scrap yard to buy my crew a free lunch. Was told it was $.06 a lb. Got here unloaded and got 5 cents a pound for only 2,000 lbs! CROOKS! Rebar tags are on due to DOT and fab shops do not want to lose money. Feel bad for people who go to you for dependency of their actual likelihood.

Called on JunkPro with fairly short notice for a sizable hauling job. Matt was helpful on the phone and very straightforward about their pricing and availability. He suggested I send photos of the materials to be hauled via text and was prompt in responding with confirmation on the charges.
