Great place to sell your old cars and they are opened 24 hours which is excellant. I called and received a reply in about an hour or less and the process was easy even tho I couldn't find my title and was offered more then the other guys,I will definitely recommend them to others.

Worst experience ever! After having my vehicle for over 90 days, it's worse off then when I took it to them. Owner blocked my phone calls. After billing the warranty company, the owner tacked on more charges that I had to pay out before he would give me my vehicle back.Technician pinched my wiring harness when replacing the motor; could not fix it and the truck will never be the same.Terrible customer service, inexperienced technicians and unprofessional ownership!!!

Cheated me and did not apologize. Don't use this service.I talked to some one on the phone and they promised me $ for my car if the c.converter was right. I accepted the offer. The tow guy came out and examined the car. Tow guy said it was the correct part. Then he got out the cash and said, "Oh man, he promised you (amount) and I only have (27 dollars less) shoot.. Sorry man. That's all the money I have on me." He promised to bring by more cash when he could... yeah right.I called the office and the owner took no responsibility. He said the tow was a contractor and he wasn't going to drive out to my house for 27 dollars. He said "Its his job to negotiate to what ever cash he has on him." I said "He didn't negotiate he just said he didn't have it, and if he did he just lied." Owner responded, "Then I guess he lied." So I said, "So you're not going to do anything to make this right...""Nope."Wow.Crook.
