Expensive prices. When you return stuff they would do anything to not to give your money back. Stuff here have no customer service understanding. Specifically black guy at the checkout window and white lady at the entrance window. Stay away from these beings

If you don't know to pick a part is all about here is a go about. You pay the enter and you purvey a lot of demolished vehicles. What you grab you pay for but you're welcome to any piece that you can haul out. Prices are fair considering New pieces and their prices. I saved hundreds going here to pull some pieces for a Smart car. You may need to bring someone who knows what they're doing otherwise at least bring some tools to take out what you'd like.

Great prices compared to new. You MUST stay on top of when vehicles come in and get there quickly to get the parts you need before someone else does. Got the parts I needed for 1/3 or less what I would've paid new.

They won't be able to tell you if the part you need is available. I had to drive there and pay $5 to find out they did not have the part I needed. All I needed was a center hub cap for a wheel. When I looked at the pictures of the vehicles they had in inventory on line I saw several. When I walked through the yard all of the caps were gone. I looked around and saw that every single vehicle that still had wheels on them also had no center caps. My guess is that someone scoops them up and sells them online which is where I ended up buying one. If you need a part that is easily removed then I would assume it is already gone. Save your time and the $5 entry fee and just order it online.

Entry fee is a little steep at five dollars. This place is extremely old-school. You feel sort of like a criminal about to get out of jail as you walk in and out. But don’t get me wrong, it’s nice to have a place where you can pull your own auto parts. And they have a really good inventory of older cars. Nothing within the last seven years, but if you have something older than that they clearly have parts for your vehicle

Went in for some 4 lug tires and some spares and found exactly what I was looking for. Yard is well organized and the checkout associates are very friendly. Going back tomorrow for some more parts!

Guy John in the office and Rude. He wouldn't let me speak or ask any questions and then accused me of being aggressive. Nonreson to put me down for how I have spoken my whole life. Good luck finding Good help. It's no wonder the same job is posted every 2 months. It's seems they don't know how to speak to people.

Free travel from Brunswick to Jacksonville to a speck-a-part to get a part for my son's car. Not aware that the part that we had gotten they claim they did not sell we had to buy the whole engine. We explain we were not aware of that fact but seeing as how we had it instead of throwing it away would they still sell it they tried to tell us we had to pay them over $200 for that part and it should not have been no more than 30 $35 so they chose to discard it rather than sell it to us I think that's bad business for anybody that's not how you treat your customers .2 weeks prior to that I bought a transmission from them I'm surprised they didn't try to sell the whole car to me.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! SCAM PRICES! If I could leave 0 stars I would. I purchased a short block engine assembly and they insisted to charge me for a long block. I told them I would take even more off and asked how much for this or that and the employee kept repeating “$509!” very rudely.. for just a bare engine block. Kept looking the other way and wouldn’t say anything else besides “$509!” or “How would you like to say sir?” very rudely.

Never had a problem finding parts here. Recently picked up some seats for my son's S10. Only $26 per seat. Well below prices I found online. Will be returning next week to grab some other parts as well.
