I bought a used headlight for a 2007 Chrysler T&C 119” wheel base a couple of weeks ago. It looked pretty foggy (which I was warned of) but decided to take a chance on it and spent the $53. When I received it I had to have a yard guy drill out the bolts that were sheared off upon removal and stuck in the housing. unfortunately after replacing two bulbs at $15 each I decided to buy a brand new headlight online for $70 including both new bulbs and shipping. I spoke with two people about the return policy and 30 day warranty prior to buying the headlight and then another person on the phone before returning. Everything was clear, “Full refund within 30 days”, I even explained the headlight and the circumstances. When my partner arrived at the store to return the headlight within the 30 days he was given the third degree and then told about the actual warranty. Apparently there is a 25% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL NON-MECHANICAL PARTS. funny because I thought a headlight with wired elements that connect to your car would be considered mechanical, but never the less, even through all my questioning and explaining nothing was ever mentioned to me. I only got back $37 and lost $16 plus headlights purchased on the deal. My main issue is the lack of transparency and the way things were handled. They even gave me a hard time for not having the burnt out bulb in the housing when it was returned. I tried to support a local business but do yourself a favor and skip all this nonsense.

Great staff, when above and beyond in helping find a part I needed. This will be my go to spot for parts from now on.

Unprofessional and rude customer service. Called today at 9:50Am and the guy answered seemed bothered he even had to answer the phone; he was hardly helpful. I still thanked him for answering my questions about an item and that's when he abruptly hung up on me. For a business that relies on customers you would think they would have more appreciation for the people who make it possible for them to pay their bills. Totally unreal.

Paul took good care of me. I needed the hood, fender and driver’s door for my Dodge Charger. They retrieved the parts while I waited. Wow, very nice customer service. I highly recommend this Auto Parts Supplier

I want to give the warmest and most possible positive review. These guys are friendly and polite. They sell really good tested used parts at a price that is very affordable and will 100% always save you money. I use them daily as I repair and sell cars and parts and require them to make a living for myself and my employees. This industry is tough and if you shopped here compared to the others, you will feel a professional experience. They stand by everything they sell and always make any situation correct! Every associate there has literally made me feel welcomed and appreciated and I feel like a member of the family. Thank you guys for everything, you have a client for life!

I was there today to pick up a bumper and I am very happy with the service and part, they all are super nice friendly people, and not rude like many yards I’ve been too before, so really appreciate it! I will definitely be back for all my rebuild needs! :)

3 out of 3 times these guys had parts i needed for my truck. Personally I really don't think they are over priced considering someone was paid to salvage the part, then of course tested for operation, then entered into their database for inventory , and finally having someone retrieve and sell u the part. Seems it is handled a few times. Tomorrow I will yet get another part ... pretty sure I amgoing to be satisfied seeing as i called ahead verifying that they had it and the part is being sold for like 30% of new.
