Really great place. They knew right where I might find what I was looking for. It was quite a walk for me, rows 49 and 50 are where I found the two things I needed. The workers I was in contact with where friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were all of those things while also being efficient. I'd say in plenty less time than two minutes, from when I stepped up to the window, I was handed a printout with four prospective vehicles, including basic information about each and which row they were in, I was out the door and on my way to what I figured to be the best prospect.There was plenty more evidence of excellent customer care around as I made my way around.There sre some items of note that did not bother me, but are probably worth being aware of, if you have never been there before.1. There is a $1.00 fee to enter the hunting grounds.2. If you don't have more protective footwear, they must at least NOT be open-toed.3. There are plenty of wet spots in the lot to navigate in whatever way suits you. If it had been a particularly wet day, I think good boots may have been a necessity.4. You may have a fair amount of walking to do depending on your needs and there locations. I found my second item in row 50, which appeared to be the last row. For me, the walk was a little long through no fault of the business.I wholeheartedly recommend this company based on my one experience with them, which was thoroughly successful and appreciated.

Great yard to find some tucked away goodies for your car. It's a bit of drive for me, but I'm always glad I make the drive to Pontiac. Good selection of cars I'm looking for usually, but plenty of cars with a decent aftermarket parts. It's like plaything junkyard lotto. Staff always has a good attitude and helpful when i have asked. And the best is all, great prices on parts and tires. Thanks for all the deals, U-Pull!

The place is great and prices are amazing. But customer service is terrible. They can't check if a particular part of a car (a huge tire carrier) is still available, so I drive down there only to hear that they close access 30mins before closing. So I wasted a trip, they can't check themselves, I can't check myself, no one cares about actually helping. Will have to spend another trip on weekend just to check availability. I really miss when employees used to care about something.

I always come to U-Pull-&-Save Auto Parts for inventory. They have quite a bit of the parts I need or want for my vehicles. I was able to restore my Pontiac Grand Prix from the parts here. If you come, check their inventory first though. You can save quite a bit of money buying the parts here vs. other places.

called on the phone around 5:10 pm inquiring about a part, they said they have it when we arrived at 5:35 we were told that they stopped letting people into the yard at 5:30. if they would have said that the yard closes at 5:30 i wouldnt have wasted my time. poor customer service

Horrible was of time. All the cars are stripped. No one will tell you if the cars have any of the parts you need. Every car is stripped unless it's over 15years old

This place is amazing and you will absolutely find the thing you are looking for weather its a whole car or part of a cab from a truck to everything in between in and out of the car.
