They should just close this store already!Only employee working was sitting outside the door on the phone when I walked in. I literally had free rein of the entire store. After about 10 minutes and the other only customer walking out, I had to go back outside and ask your employee to please get off the phone and help me. Reluctantly they came in but didn't end their personal phone conversation.Shockingly Your employee then Couldn't find my online order, go figure I must have ruined their night by asking if they can please do their job and retrieve my online order. I ended up canceling the order right then and there and walking out. Absolutely worse freaking customer service ever.

Its the only place I shop for parts for my van.. Steve there is like a guardian angel for my total rig. He found me a great mechanic I go to also when I can't do things myself.Definitely cheaper than O'Reilly's across the street.Master Jedi

Store was clean n organized, wasn't very busy or dead, the gentleman Steve that was helping me figure out a brake line problem I had was very knowledgeable about the products n accessories I was gonna need and tools I would need to have to replace the line properly n as close to OEM standards as possible would definitely go bk in future

Steve(the store manager) and the associates are friendly. They go above and beyond to help customers. I had a carquest alternator that failed under warranty. Stevens Automotive sent me away because I didn't have a receipt as a live 2.5 hrs away. Advance checked my alternator(determined it was bad) and replaced it with no questions asked. Steve then came outside, and proceeded to spend 1/2 hr assisting me with jump starting my truck. Keep up the awesome customer service. Namsayun?

I came here today and search for assistance on helping me put on my front and back license plates on my car I just bought. Tim an employee here, assisted me with putting on my front and back license plates. He also put on a screw which makes it more difficult for an individual to steal my license plate. It was such helpful customer service and he didn't charge me to put on my plate but I was charged for the screw I had to purchase on my front license plate. All in all, this was a good experience for me and he made it so easy for me to go in and ask for help when I needed it.

Never a negative experience when in this store! Knowledgeable and fast! Love that customer service... all great counter personnel!

Bob helped me find some transmission dowels, went to several other places before. Most of the other parts store seemed bothered to look for something so miniscule, and were quick to say, No. Bob, didn't mind digging around in the back for me. Thank you, sir!
