I purchased a rebuild transmission. It looked really nice, wrapped up and clean. After installing we found that it had bad Transmission Harness after swapping old harness it to new transmission we go it going. After few days of driving differential went out. We send it back to get it fix. Before sending of we swapped the harness back because we though we will get different transmission. After fixing the transmission came back with the same bad harness. Differential was fixed but we had to put new harness in that was expensive. After all the extra shipping and parts and labor it was really bad experience. Every time we asked to get a call back or been told we will get a call back, Neither happened. In the end transmission Did work and customer is happy BUT rather not go threw this again.

I can't say enough good things about Kyle and his crew. After having transmission issues on my F-150 I brought it to another repair shop that wanted $3500 to install a rebuilt transmission. So I called around. Kyle told me that with parts and labor it would be less than $2000 for a rebuild.After Kyle diagnosed the issue he found that a couple of pressure screws located in the top half of the transmission had come loose and simply tightened them. The only cost to me was labor, transmission fluid and filter. Saved me over $2500 and piece of mind.I would not even think twice to go to anyone else. Kyle took the time to inspect the transmission while he worked on it to save me money and time. And that is a definite 5 Star rating in my book. Somebody who cares about what they do and the person they do it for!

I have been going back and forth with these people( Eric Large Owner) (Kyle The Tech) and (Kristine in the Office) for a year now trying to get them to stand behind the transmission that they sold me for $4000.00 for my 2005 VW Passat. This transmission has been in and out of this car 3 times due to it slipping in 5th gear "Overdrive". Now I have racked up a huge bill with the Auto Mechanic that is installing and uninstalling this transmission for me each time they think they (Advantage European) knows what the problem is? Now I am about $6500.00 in the hole and these people have washed there hands of it and said they are done helping. I am no farther with this than the day I purchased the transmission from them!! DO NOT trust these people at allllllll !!! They took (stole) $4000.00 plus my charges that have occurred in the past year of going back and forth with them!!!!!! I am going to the BBB with it next!

Buyer Beware !! I tried to deal with a Kristen Large at Advantage. After many e-mails and phone calls , I tried to confirm and purchase parts for an Aston Martin that were to be set aside for purchase and shipping as a package.. I was told that they did not wish to sell to me.We believe that they sold the parts to someone else at a higher price than that as quoted to us.We also confirmed the sale of these parts by an outside auto dealer.Very unprofessional and unethical concern.We are assessing legal action because of their lack of honesty and the additional costs that they caused to our firm.CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!!.

Rebuilt my transmission and there was no unexpected additional charges. Work was done fast and was finished in a timely fashion. Would definitely use their services again.

Horrible customer service. BEWARE! they also sent me the wrong part to the wrong address. I specified I needed a right side axle shaft for a CLK500 and they sent in the left side which does not fit in at all. I emphasized it time and time again that they are dofferent on eaxh side to no avail. They don't return calls either!!
