Eddie was amazing help, we outsourced an engine and other parts through All Auto Parts and needless to say my customers was so impressed they sent me a picture of how the items arrived! Will definitely do business again! We paid a little bit extra to get it faster to our customers

Bought a “remanufactured” motor. It was spray painted to look new but after looking at the valves it looked like a 100k+ block. Called them up they said no problem and we rejected it. 2 months later I’m still missing 6k out of my bank account and now I don’t have the money to buy another one. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE they are SCAM ARTIST

Not very professional.. Called before stopping in and told him what I was coming for. Went inside and he showed me a picture of part and told him I would take it. He said he would have it off tomorrow. I let him know I'm from out of town and he said there was nothing he could do. I said I would come back tomorrow morning and was told not until later in the afternoon. I told him I have to pick up kids from school and he shrugged me off and said there's nothing he can do and got on the phone.

Place is a joke me and my buddy spend alot of money with these guys but they can never seem to get them parts delivered on time. Been waiting for and engine and transmission for a week. Was told it would be delivered Tuesday then told it would be today guess what Still no parts.

I buy a gas tank for a Galant 2.4 they order one wrong for a v6 so I end up fixing my old tank and obviously they only give me store credit, at the moment the guy said I would have $300 credit after 5 month I went to get some body parts and they want the receipt, so they told me that for walk In costumers there is no history in the computer so I lost my money, really bad costumer service👎

Worst customer service in the industry, ive never dealt with such a rude attitude over the phone, and trust me, ive had bad communication with people over the phone before, avoind this place.

WELL AFTER A MONTH WE RECIEVED A USED ENGINE THAT WAS SPRAY PAINTED GREY AND THE DRIVER WAS TRYING TO TELL ME IT WAS NEW. THE INTAKE VALVES WERE BLACK AND HAD A TON OF CARBON BUILD UP ON THEM. ITS BEEN WELL OVER A MONTH AND HAVE NOT RECIEVED A REFUND. BUYERS BEWARE THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS.

Absolutely the worst purchase experience of my life! I paid $2500 for a low miles engine back in September, well it finally arrived November 3rd. Not only was the engine well over 100k miles and sitting outside for months, but it was not even the correct engine. I contacted customer service and they asked for pictures so I sent 20-30 to make sure they had whatever they needed. Waited a few days to hear back and nothing, so I finally called back and was told its the engine you ordered but you can ship it back at your own cost and then we will refund you after a 30% restocking fee! So to return the incorrect engine they shipped almost 2 months after I ordered my return would be $1400 of the $2500 and thats without me paying for shipping! On the plus side, I found out you can file small claims court online so I don't have to go to Illinois to file. Please save yourself some time, money, and stress and shop some where different if you're buying online!
