Mike and the crew took really good care of me. They had excellent communication about the parts and when the parts would be ready for pickup. I rarely leave reviews. This time I felt compelled to do so. At the beginning of the year, I bought an engine from Kevin, which I paid for. About two months later, I received a notification from my bank informing me that I had been charged the same amount again. I called Kevin, and he refunded the money two days later. A few months after that, I was charged the same amount again, but this time it's been a month since I called him, and he just keeps saying he'll call me back in a few minutes, but he never does. I'm not the type of person who keeps hounding people, but there's a limit. In the entire month since he took the money, I've only called him three or four times, trusting that he would act without me having to keep bothering him but nothing yet...
