Eddie the owner/manager said we had 72 hours to try the power steering pump and to return it. 2nd n 3rd day later we talked to him N the wouldn’t take it back. He went back on his word. We are mechanic n do this for a living. We did everything right.

I bought a Chevy Express Van from Eddie, he gave me a fair price and a discount for being a Veteran. The Van was exactly like advertised and I am very pleased with them and the vehicle. I will recommend All Star Imports!

These guys care about their customers! They are honest and upfront. They go out of their way to help people, and frankly I just really enjoyed my time spent with them. We got a great bargain from All Star purchasing a truck. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our experience!

Horrible customer service, workers will belittle you and do not know how to identify parts let alone charge for them. Unnecessarily over priced, most items found here can be found online at a cheaper price and much higher quality (brand new, not damaged/salvaged)

I gave them 1 star because I have to start the reviewThis place is awful, awful service, awful people to deal with I bought a door I gave them $600 did not see the door so the next day I came to pick up my door it wasn’t the way I wanted. I didn’t like it. They did not wanna return all the money. They want to charge me restocking fee which $120 because the labor I told him I did not take the Door home how you gonna charge me restocking Fee.

Always be skeptical when a place only accepts cash. Second, they will not refund your money when you buy a defective part from them. I lost $160 and warn others not to make the same mistake I made going here. These guys are scammers and do not deserve to be in business

Absolute trash in customer service. As a business owner myself it doesn’t make sense to send employees or go myself to this dealershipbecause we will spend three fold the time here than anywhere else. They are great at wasting your time. I said something to a salesmen and he looked at me and said “our employees do what they can, sorry we can’t help ‘you’ any faster” with the most condescending manner possible. Myself and all of my partners will be taking our business else where. Disposable behavior. Hope All Star Imports replaces all the staff if they want to keep any kind of business.

This was one of the worst auto recyclers I've ever encountered!!! The manager was extremely rude. Take your business else where!!Managers exact words "It's easier for me to tell you I don't have the part instead of telling my guys to go get it. It's just a $68 part!"

Do not trust this company, rude and junkyard mentality. If you do buy something make sure you see the items in person. Eddie is a very dishonest character.
