If I can give 0 stars I would. They sold me a already used product, I didn’t know and kept it with me until it was time to use to fix the part I needed, it turned out that the product was used and painted to be new and stuff missing from it and I couldn’t use it. As you can see in the photo. When I go to return it they turned me down even though it wasn’t my fault. I will not be coming here anymore and will tell my friends and also my customers the same!! This people they are not professional workers

Hopefully I can save everyone some time and disappointment. Look for a more reputable part recycler. I ordered a specific part based on stock number. Called and got confrontation they had the part. Received a follow up message that the part was ready for pickup. Drove 3 hours and was informed the part couldn't be found. Instead they pulled a different part, that was a different color and damaged for me instead. Needless to say, this is the unfortunate side of small well ran recyclers being bought by corporations. I spoke with a corporate manager and was told, we made a mistake. Sorry about your time and fuel but there isn't anything we can do about it. Do yourself a favor and find a more reputable company.

Absolutely awful! They take well north of 10 minutes to answer the phone. Emailed and called my sales rep multiple times never ounce replied. Waited 10 days for rocker that came in damage the sales rep thought it was bright idea to never call the shop and let us know. This place is awful used part vendor.
