I needed gas money, only reason I brought in my copper. Drove 7 miles from my work, wasting that gas. Attitude was pretty much go somewhere else and not my problem. Won't be coming here again. They were nice as they had to be. They did have a sign about that, but only saw it after I was done being weighed and checked out. They should have that sign posted by the scale.

I spoke with Kevin and he found the wheel I needed. This made me very pleased cause I didn't want a mismatched wheel. Also, Kevin's service was top notch. He was knowledgeable and kind.. He had me laughing at his sense of humor. A total character. To the owner, you have an awesome employee in Kevin. He deserves a raise! 💜😉

However, it took 7 whole days to get my car serviced. My husband called the shop daily starting on day 2, and each time, we were given the run around. We dropped the car off with a specific issue identified, and there was no communication with any additional issues that were serviced. My husband and I spent almost as much in car rental fees as it cost to fix the car. Though i trust the work is solid, we were not impressed with the lack of communication. When my husband commented on how long it took to get the car back, he was told that the assumption was that the car wasn't needed. That assumption was never clarified, and was told "you couldn't have texted us", making it his fault that we were uninformed. I am happy to have my car back, however we will not be taking my car back to this shop for any future issues.
