Pick your own parts if they have them. Clean facility for used auto parts. Call before you go to make sure they have the vehicle on the lot.

I wish I could give less than one star. The employees there were very rude especially the short blonde female working. Went there with a return with everything we needed and they called us a liar that it wasn’t the same part because we didn’t have the plastic with HER mark. We drove back home and got the plastic with the mark, went back, and got our return. But with the return we were accused with being a liar for the SECOND time. Can’t even admit they’re wrong. No sorry or anything for their accusations. So unprofessional. Horrible environment. Horrible employees. My family goes there on a normal basis for parts and never before have been treated like this.

RIP OFF!!! Paid to get in, found the part, removed it from vehicle, purchased it, installed it and it didnt work, refused to return, said that we were lying and bringing back the broken one.Went to auto zone and found the part, brand new, for HALF the price of what this place charged is. Waste of time. Ruse employees and needs to be shut down!!

Great selection of parts. One of the cleanist yards around. Alot of good tires and a misc parts or tool section on the inside. They rotate their inventory alot. Bought alit of parts for my vans plus a 10ft aluminum ramp. Alot if commercial trucks to and i saw some motorcycle parts.

Everyone was very professional just like at the Detroit location. The facility was clean. It's a sink to wash your hands after you find your parts.. Every thing is in perfect category..

I've been going here for years and I've finally discovered why the hard to find, valuable vehicles are stripped before anyone can get there. They pull the parts after they take the pictures in order to sell them for premium prices.They put out a Jeep on the 14th of January 2022 and the doors (priced at $50 each according to their u-pull price list) were gone before I got there. 3 weeks later, I find those same doors for sale on Facebook by one of the employees on behalf of US Auto for $500. That's 5 times the u-pull price! See attached screenshots of the u-pull post and comments and the sale ad (which has been removed now). When I called and asked about it, the first person told me they were different doors and since he was the person to take the pictures, he knew for sure the doors placed on the 14th were absolutely not the doors for sale for $500. When I spoke with the manager, Kevin, he admitted that they were the same doors, but still gave me a completely different dubious story about how the customer returned them. Kevin said he would do me a huge favor and sell them to me for $200, double the list price. Generally when a company resells items that have been returned, the price is discounted, not twice or 5 times as expensive...I spend thousands of dollars a year at this yard, but their complete disregard for their customers and shady, illegal business practices are too much. I'll give my money to one of the other yards in the area from now on. Conveniently, I'll probably end up saving money since US Auto prices are higher anyway.

They have a very rude staff working there. They accused me of stealing and after i payed for what i forgot i had and i said sorry for that they continue to call me a thief. I will never go there ever again. If they are the only place that has the part I need I will sell my car and buy another one just so I don't have to go there ever again.

Great place to pull parts if your fixing something or if you need parts or a build go in mosey around and see what they have or ask the staff there very helpful
