Our car was recently towed to this company and when we had to get it back the owner was so helpful. Our battery had died and we couldn’t get into the car doors and he literally helped us every step of the way until we were in our car with our battery replaced. As for customer service, this is the best business in Pueblo.

Gene (the owner I believe) is awesome. He will give you the straight run-down on your car sparring any fluff. If your car has rust issues - he isn't afraid to tell you, but also you trust what he is telling you because he is not afraid to outright tell you the issues. Had an issue with a repair he did, not his fault, took it back in and he fixed it at no charge since it was the same issue I just had. Had to have my car towed from the yard of a person who stole it. Gene was awesome. Once the car was recovered I wanted to straight to a junkyard. He saved me from being swindled. Walked in with me and explained my situation and was super helpful. Had I been stuck with any other tow company I'd have been taken advantage of. I will forever recommend him and his company.
