I have tried to give this place a chance multiple times and it has continually disappointed. Even if it is further, I recommend reaching out to any other auto wrecker in the Chicago-land area.<br><br>My first bad experience was when inquiring about the purchase of a late 90's chevy truck. The employee I was emailing with completely ignored my questions and kept on saying how "This thing is very rough. A great farm truck or for moving furniture." (Not exact quote to be clear) and when I asked if I could come look at it because I live only 30 mins away, I received no response. They ended up selling it to someone else!<br><br>My second and third much more recent unfortunate experiences were when filling out the "Get cash for your vehicle" page. I was looking to get cash for my 1991 BMW 325Ci, however I received no follow-up after completing the form. I tried again, because they may not get to every single email immediately, but still no response... I don't think that would change with a third try.<br><br>I was also considering coming here to purchase parts for my Lexus sedan, however any plans for that were stopped in their tracks when I learned they do not allow people to remove parts themselves then charge more because they are removing them.<br><br>The only reason I even considered giving this company more than 1 star is because their YouTube is quite entertaining. I think I am going to unsubscribe for now.
