Used to be pull your own part, now they won't sell you anything small whatsoever. No brackets no switches no screws no panels nothing Don't bother going here for any of that stuff they won't pull it for you. Shame. The stuff they do pull they add a premium for pulling it and don't take any care when doing so. They'll hand you a busted part and still charge you. I'll save my money for eBay or take a short drive to one of the many other yards.

Still don't let you pick parts. Online orders don't get call backs. In person shopping is slow. Saw them ignore phone calls the whole time I was there in person. Didn't get acknowledged for a while. Didn't have part I needed (radiator). Yea I should've listened to other reviews. Waste of time.

Love this place. Always shop for parts here first. Only disappointing things is they don't sell recycled antifreeze any more.

I use to be a big fan of theirs till they decide we cant go in the lot to pull parts anymore. I get the idea with whats going on but plenty of other yards still let you go in and pull parts. you can still mask up, be safe and pull parts...it feels like it's just a way to charge you more money to get what is a used part and if it's too difficult to get to the part you need they'll tell you no. It's a shame.

These guys are great...Was searching for a rim in Michigan, ordered one from 4 different yards, a day after paying they would call and say they was wrong and didn't have it. These guys went and verified it was the right rim and shipped it to me with no issues. A fed ex arrived 2 days after paying. Great business, will deffinately call again in the future..

I own a shop, and was going here because it was not crowded and i usally find what i need. They have just lost my business and trust because, the people at the desk claim they do not warranty parts like engine. So you are basically screwed if you install a bad engine. It is understandable, it is a junk yard but it does not mean you take advantage of loyal customers. All the other junkyards offer at least 30 to 90 day warranty of you pull engine out yourself. Very bad policy

Did not mind the $1 charge...we figured it went toward insurance, even if you come out with nothing. Found our part and he gave us a great deal! I'm not kidding...we would have paid twice as much in Kenosha. Very friendly staff and very accommodating. For those who complained about them closing early, perhaps you can call them prior to leaving. We have been there several times and will be back.
