Jack was great! Direct and practical. I called about a broken RV door and he informed me how difficult it could be to find a used replacement. Told me to take pictures and he would see if he could offer repair suggestions. Followed his instructions and got a call back almost immediately with an affordable solution that will make my door look really cool. Saw all the negative reviews about Jack being rude and my response to all of them is this: if you want someone to hold your hand and make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside, you've come to the wrong place. If you want practical solutions to your problem, don't argue, don't waste his time. Follow his instructions, give him the info he needs to help you, and he will give you relevant information and solutions. Thanks Jack! Expect to hear from me again next time I need help with my RV!

Congress Towing

One of the insurance companies we deal with requested that we “get rid of” a burnt camper trailer. We called Jack at Auto Salvage and he was incredibly helpful in the guidance provided of how to go about “dumping” a camper trailer in an ecological responsible way. On top of his great advice it was a “hoot” talking to Jack - love his sense of humor 🔥🔥
